Form of decision in appealed cases. Every Municipal Circuit Trial Judge shall be appointed to a municipal circuit which shall be his official station. Any member who is reappointed to the Court after rendering service in any other position in the government shall retain the precedence to which he was entitled under his original appointment, and his service in the Court shall, for all intents and purposes, be considered as continuous and uninterrupted.

The territory thus defined shall be deemed to be the territorial area of the branch concerned for purposes of determining the venue of all suits, proceedings or actions, whether civil or criminal, as well as determining the Metropolitan Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts, and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts over the said branch may exercise appellate jurisdiction.
It shall also reorder the numbering of all the Regional Trial Courts all over the country in accordance with the allocations of seats provided herein.
Section 14, paragraph gof Batas Pambansa Blg. No warrant of arrest shall be issued by the Judge in connection with any criminal complaint filed with him for preliminary investigation, unless after an examination in writing and under oath or affirmation of the complainant and his witnesses, he finds that a probable cause exists. The applicable appropriations shall likewise be transferred to the appropriate courts constituted pursuant to pambanza Act, to be augmented as may be necessary from the funds for organizational changes as provided in Batas Pambansa Blg.
