Some of the more important features of this section are the new Thaumaturge class which I only recommend for NPC’sand the denizens of the Abyss, including some info on the fienxs of the Abyss and detailed info on the creatures of the Abyss – namely Demons.

Another point – thoroughness. This tome collects Green Ronin’s critically grfen Legions of Hell and Armies of the Abyss sourcebooks and combines them with the long awaited treatment of daemons, Hordes of Gehenna. It’s mostly a monster book, but does have a few other concepts. This book is a complete history of demons other than Ba’aetzu and Ta’anari, an opposition to them, that allows for a complete plot development between the forces of darkness for your players to attack.


The next two chapters are concerned with the never before seen “Hordes of Gehenna” and its residents – the Daemons. There are a total of gook chapters in this volume, which I will look at in four sections.
