So, if you come to this book with some prior experience in programming and don’t expect learning about higher-level application programming, then this book could serve you well. It introduces all keywords of the C language, the pre-processor macros concepts, the handling of libraries, and even gives some very brief outlooks on advanced topics like embedding assembler commands in C. A well-crafted, well-rounded book, which could have been written in a bit more “juicy” style here or there.
