Lots of good ideas and tips and information on different products and what they do. Even recipes for gravy and veg stock. Definitely good for a beginner. Eges impressed with the recipes, they seemed just short and bland not necessarily food-wise, but direction-step wiseyou could barely discern what the pictures really represented–too many out of focus blurred out backgrounds and some weird unidentifiable close ups.

Having said that, the recipes were probably a little “out there” for the average joe, but I tried a few, and to this day, I still use quinoa and millet in my own doggie food I make!

There were a couple of interesting recipes but the book stunk. I think it was the printing process, which meant I was probably inhaling toxic fumes while I was trying to read a healthy cookbook. The recipes were not that revolutionary, so I closed it and returned it to the library.
