The vibration of newly commissioned machines normally falls within this zone. Machine behavior can be very much dependent on construction details, hence why I suggest you research the OEM guidelines. After a period of time, the steady-state baseline value will be established and the ALARM setting should be adjusted accordingly.
In such cases the evaluation zone limits should be adjusted accordingly. Generally, the machine may be operated for a limited period in this condition until a suitable opportunity arises for remedial action.
